Jessica Cline, MSW, LCSW
I am a psychotherapist, supervisor, speaker and college student coach. I have worked with women for over 8 years. I started out working with women at a domestic violence shelter. My eperience ranges from community mental health to practicing at a university counseling center.
I combine elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and relaxation techniques, Attachment Theory, Family Systems Theory, Solution-focused and strengths-based approaches, and motivational coaching (for those who want it).
Holistic psychotherapy, focuses on the relationship between mind, body, and spirit, attempting to understand and address the way issues in one aspect of a person can lead to concerns in other areas. It is through the combination of traditional “talk therapy” along with experiential and a holistic approach that enable my clients to go more deeply into their own process. I use Brainspotting, Body/Energy Awareness Techniques, Mindfulness Practices/Guided Imagery and Visualization Processes.
In a world of mounting pressures, endless social media, and pop culture messages, the emotional wellness of our girls is more at risk than ever. Give your teen personalized, super supportive counseling designed to help her move past the barriers and grow into her most confident, healthy, and happy self. Coaching provides support during the transition to college and you get to bring your coach with you for extra stability.
My hope is to share this journey with you, as together, we do our part to heal the collective whole.
